We love Edipsou and visit it every year around the end of...
We love Edipsou and visit it every year around the end of April. It is not so crowded then and the weather is usually just perfect for the springs and getting a bit of a tan. There are a few Mezopolios where you can taste the amazing dishes and get a glass of ouzo, unfortunately, they are usually open until 18,00 pm. Of course there are the usual restaurants that are open later. The hot springs also offer a relaxing getaway. If you have any aches or pains, it is the best spot to just relax. At least on the beaches we visited, none of them had sand on the shore, and there were large rocks in the water. Additionally, on some beaches, the sea had sea urchins. It's nice for taking a dip, but not ideal for swimming in the sea.Guest review byPavlosGreece - 10.0

The city is very welcoming. There are tourists, but not too many. There is a long promenade near the sea, that is suitable for walking. People are very smiling and positive. Bit of a bizzare place, I can see it was great at its peak (years ago) but it's not quite as good now. Lots of empty buildings etc. The beach where the hot springs are is busy and dirty; not looked after at all. The people in the NTO hot baths are jobs-worths and overly particular with unnecessary rules. It could all just be a bit better and they could make a lot more of the hot springs. However, there are some gems of places- lovely bars and restaurants with great people running them. There should be a fast people ferry from the mainland a few times a day to boost tourism and income. Someone should invest in the place. It's quite a drive to get there and I wouldn't recommend the place or the drive to people (however if you are there, check out Limne just down the coast before you leave the area, it's entirely different!!)Guest review byKayUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The room was nice in size, very clean, with comfortable bed and pillows, it had a set of toiletries, towels and also a soft bathrobe. There is coffee and tea provided in the room, in case somebody wants to have a cup. Additional there are cookies, so you can enjoy your coffee in the veranda.
