Although the island is beautiful with its unique alleys and beaches, prices have soared to outrageous and unjustifiable levels, even for services and products that should be the budget-friendly options. Renting a sunbed at the beach is impossible, as the prices are exorbitant and absurd. Additionally, ferry ticket prices have skyrocketed, making it difficult to travel to neighboring islands. The same goes for prices at restaurants, supermarkets, and all types of shops; everything has become excessively expensive. This situation is devastating for the island, and since I visit every year, I’ve noticed that the decline has already begun. They are paying a very high price. I hope they reconsider soon; otherwise, the island will only be seen in photos.

3 nights is enough for the trip to Delos, enjoy the Old Town and a day at the Beach. Packed with Cruise visitors daytime but more relaxed pm. Yes, it can be expensive/ trendy but there is another side to the town. You just have to stick with the more traditional cafes/ bakeries. Magical at night and well connected via ferries/ flights. Mykonos Town is the main attraction and the best place to stay.

Lovely at 7am.
Lovely at 7am. Almost like a very well done theme park for grown ups. Guess it's fantastic for party people. For those that like culture and beauty, it's interesting how they have created "Greece" with theme park style.
Fascinating, but one early morning walk was enough.
The open air photo gallery inside the walls of the ruined castle is poignant. Black and white photo's of residents in "the old days" Take a wet wipe and give them a clean.

Mykonos is convenient- there are multiple flights and ferries per day. There is very little natural beauty on the island though. Unless you want to party or be bombarded by cruise ship passengers there’s not much else to do.

Mykonos Town, or Chora, is a captivating blend of traditional charm and modern vibrancy. Its maze-like narrow streets are filled with whitewashed buildings, blooming bougainvillaea, and charming blue-domed churches, creating a postcard-perfect atmosphere. The town offers a fantastic variety of restaurants, trendy cafes, stylish boutiques, and lively nightlife spots. The iconic windmills and the waterfront area of Little Venice are must-visit spots for breathtaking sunset views. While the town can get crowded, especially in high season, its unique energy, welcoming vibe, and beautiful scenery make it a must-see destination in the Greek Islands.
A fantastic villa, conveniently located within walking distance of the main town and has shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk.
the owner met us on arrival with a fantastic welcome plater and wine, perfect after a long journey. she couldn’t have been more help during our stay, helping us with everything we asked.
this is without a doubt the best villa we have stayed in with a service that is more than you would get in any 5 star resort.
We would without doubt recommend this to anyone and hope to return in the near future.
Without any doubt, the best property we stayed at during our trip to Greece, and one of the best hotels I have stayed at anywhere. The staff were all very friendly and always available. They had us in the honeymoon suite, and it exceeded our expectations. The room, the outdoor hot tub, and the terrace view were all incredible. Though the road that leads to the old town was outside the room, it was still quiet enough inside. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on outside of our own Tempur-Pedic.
Such a perfect location to get to all the best tourist areas easily, so close to Little Venice, the harbourfront, the Windmills for sunset, cafes & restaurants all nearby. Quiet street so you can get a good sleep. Stella was very helpful & answered my query quickly. She gave good advice about local & cheap Seabus ferry from new port to the town of Mykonos. I was able to store my luggage at Niko's Taverna till check in & the tuna salad I had there was just delicious!
This hotel is an abolute gem....on the outskirts of the town, easily walkable. This is an oasis of calm and beauty.....
The staff were very friendly and helpful, booking cars for the airport!.....
Breakfast was the best of our 9 day trip across the islands.....
The pool and all amenities are first class....
An excellent hotel!....
I loved everything about the property.
It was clean and staff are lovely and helpful.
My husband was soo impressed and we really enjoyed .we recommended it to our family ,friends and colleagues . It’s the best hotel for vacation. It’s near everything. The bus is just face to the hotel and the town is 2mins away .
