The place is located in an amazing scenic spot. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. Very comfortable. The living room is very cozy . The service and the hospitality is amazing!

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at from the helpful, kind staff to the beautiful, clean rooms. The location is perfect and you don’t need to rent a car because you can easily message the hotel to send a taxi through WhatsApp.

We had a great time at Casaly Hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, the location was perfect, but the real stars were the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us happy, whether it was helping us plan tours or taking care of us during breakfast every morning. One thing that really stood out was when I asked for a matcha latte at breakfast. The staff made sure they had it ready the next day — and every day after that. It ended up being one of the best matcha lattes I’ve had! The breakfast variety changed daily and was always fresh and delicious. What made our stay truly special was how attentive and welcoming the team was. They always greeted us with a smile and paid attention to every small detail. We really loved our stay and would definitely come back again.

The hotel is almost brand new, with a simple yet tasteful design that reflects the surroundings and offers stunning views of the landscape and ocean. Dimitris, the manager, and his team are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We arrived on the first morning flight to Santorini, and despite being early, they kindly arranged an early check-in. Knowing we had been up since 4am, they surprised us with a beautiful breakfast in our room as a welcome gesture. Our balcony overlooked a charming church, and we loved relaxing with wine in our private jacuzzi. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, featuring seasonal fruit and freshly cooked eggs. The service truly went above and beyond. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to Oia, in a quiet neighborhood with several excellent restaurants recommended by Dimitris. I loved everything about this hotel and highly recommend it.

The room was amazing with direct access to the pool. The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming, nice, helpful. The food was excellent, made by one of the hotel staff, it was fresh and local. Maria the host was very friendly, she upgraded our room, and she was willing to help at any time.

Petros is wonderful and help with everything, He changed bed and towels every day! Breakfast is traditional, homemade and very tasty.

We had a truly memorable stay at this hotel in Crete. First, the design is exceptional. The property is built around historical ruins, and the way modern architecture blends with the ancient elements is thoughtfully executed and visually striking. It creates a unique atmosphere that makes the stay unforgettable. Second, the team is outstanding. Every staff member we met was genuinely warm and attentive. They gave us excellent recommendations for day trips and restaurants, tailored to what we actually enjoy rather than generic suggestions. When we mentioned possibly upgrading our room, they patiently showed us different options and explained the differences clearly, helping us choose what suited us best. You can feel that the hotel is run with care and intention. If we return to Crete, we would absolutely stay here again.

One of the best accommodations I ever had, can easily compete 5 star hotels. All rooms were renovated and everything was brand new, as in the photos! The balcony view was astonishing! The rooms and in general all the areas were perfectly cleaned! Mrs Glyka was the perfect host and filled all of our needs! Not to mention the welcome gift, the present for my name date and the goodbye gift!! I can go on with the list, highly recommend it!!
