The villa is excelent for families who wants to spend time in a quiet place. It has good facilities, the owners are attentive to maintenance and this is why all the furniture (beds, sofas, tables, chairs, sunbeds etc) are in very good conditions. The sheets were changed every 3 days and the cleaning (inside, outside and the pool) is at a very good level. The owners are helpful and trying to make the stay pleasant for the tourists.

Amazing staff, the woman is really kind. The place is absolutely clean, the interior is amazing, the bathroom is "smart" with led lights, radio, every "spoil" you will need. The location, although no parking for the guests, actually has parking spots right in front of it almost always, so the parking will not be a problem for you. The view was 10/10, I have never seen a better view from anywhere I have ever been, the pool is clean and quiet. The beach is 5-10 minutes away and once you are there, there are couple of restaurants. They clean the room everyday.

Everything was amazing! The hotel and the rooms were decorated very well, giving a chill and peaceful atmosphere. Rooms are very clean, beds are really comfortable. The food and the drinks we tried were all delicious. Special thanks to Ms. Mania Tsiamagka and all the other staff, they were all very kind, warm and helpful at all times. We definitely felt special and had an amazing vacation. We would love to go back next year.

    Everything was absolutely perfect. The lady that met us there was very kind. We were in a room with the most beautiful view and it was very clean too. The place has a pool and a nice garden with chairs and a table to sit and relax. If you want a beautiful view of the bay of Nea Peramos as well as clean and good looking rooms this is the place!
