Great and spacious apartment, very cool and has nice, wide balconies (our aparment had two). The aparment was very clean and had the smell of fresh sheets and towels. Very friendly owner. There is plenty of space to park, too. Beautiful garden in front.

The beds were really comfy we slept really good and it wasn't hot during the night at all. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, AC works perfectly and the large fridge was appreciated. The hosts were amazing! Very helpful, kind and warm. We loved our stay at Avgerou Studios, even though the closest beach had a lot of sea weed, it is a small town, so you could go a bit further and find clear waters. The location makes it a great spot if you want to explore both peninsulas as well.
