There is very little stimuli you get from Porto Cheli, there...
There is very little stimuli you get from Porto Cheli, there is no promenade to walk, you need to walk on a narrow pavement to get to the center (which is maybe 12 minutes away) and I expected a few exciting shops, cafes and bars, the selection was limited and average. However, it is very recommended to visit Spetses island by boat (which is a 10 min trip from a nearby village called Kosta, a few mins from Porto Cheli). Spetses is a little gem, with magnificent views and sights, with beautiful streets, places to visit, and great life around shops, bars and restaurants, completely fell in love with the placeGuest review byveborboHungary - 6.0

Quiet town close to many lovely beaches. Possible to drive to nearby attractions such as the Epidavros amphitheater which is magnificent. Nearby Nafplio is also worth a visit. Beautiful island of Spetses is a short ferry ride away. Town suffers from a beggar problem however. LOVED this location. The drive up made us a little nervous since it seemed a bit out of the way, but was in no way out of the way from anything!! Beautiful view and location! The house was wonderfully cozy and spacious. Our hosts were kind, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive! We also visited Spetses while we were there. She even left a bottle of water and a bottle of white wine at our disposal. The room is pretty and well equipped. It was very clean and the size of the room was big. It has a big balcony with a sea view. The beach nearby was also beautiful and not crowded at all. There's even a restaurant nearby that offers very good food.
