Akros Oreon Green Small Hotel features a restaurant, bar, a shared lounge and garden in Káto Sími. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. Excellent home cooked food for both breakfast & evening meal, both prepared & served by the owners & being authentic cretan food using home grown & local ingredients. Owner took time to show us round the garden & property. The night time sky was amazing to view especially with an after dinner drink to hand Will certainly be visiting again
Ocean Bay is situated in Arvi and offers a restaurant, a private beach area and a terrace. Dino welcomed us personally and warmly. He has a lovely family with a father / mother, aunt, wife and two small children. We had a lot of fun and our kids (toddler and baby) could play a lot there. For someone who likes a quiet place and wants to have no tourist stress, has arrived here correctly. You have a very quiet street because it is a dead end. You have sea views and are right on the water.
Situated 300 metres from Mirtos Beach in Southern Crete, Mirtopolis offers self-catered accommodation with views of the sea, mountains and olive trees, 70 metres above Mirtos Village and sea level. Amazing sea view and very comfortable apartments. Enjoyed especially hammocking under cretan night sky! Wanna come back again! Also fast wi-fi around all area of apartments!
Only 250 metres from the nearest beach, Villa Aliki is located in Mirtos of Crete Island. From the spacious terraces, you will enjoy sea views, while free WiFi connection is available. The host was very friendly and inexperienced. Apartma was in a beautiful location, with a wonderful view
Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Big Blue is situated in the lovely village of Myrtos, in south Crete. It offers spacious, soundproofed rooms, with free Wi-Fi. The beach is just 50 metres away. Location, clean pretty room with well-stocked kitchen facilities and a kettle (yay!). Beautiful view. Friendly staff who went out of their way for us during the day.
The beach is very relaxing, clean and quiet. There is only a hotel and restaurant and one shop! Might be boring for some people, but I would recommend to stay here 3 or 4 days and enjoy the simple way of life, you will feel regenerated. Must have a car and GPS to get there as it's a long way through dirt roads. The near town of Myrtos it's slightly bigger and there are few restaurants offering delicious specialties of Crete's mountain cooking.
