My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was very comfortable – the bed was cozy, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the balcony added a nice touch. The hotel staff were professional, always smiling, and willing to help with anything. Breakfast was tasty, with a good variety of fresh, high-quality products. The evenings were quiet, which made for a perfect night’s sleep. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

The room was clean, the towels were replaced after 3 days ( enough. Is anyone changing them daily at home?). We did not hear cars from the road (with closed windows). Air conditioning is working fine. A big plus here - the owners. They are very, very nice, they want to make sure you have everything you need. The breakfast is the same everyday, but it was fine for us.

I want to say this is so much better irl than it even looks on the pictures! I've worked as a house keeper before so I always notice small things but here everything was exceptionally clean. We were in a two bedroom and in each room there was a separate bathroom with everything you need inside for cleaning as well which helps with sand from the beach. There was also a mini fridge in each room and in the one with the kitchen there were all the kitchen tools you could possibly need to cook yourself something. The location is perfect right next to the beach and the town centre and just perfectly outside of it so that you don't have people walking past your room. There was ac in both rooms as well. The person who welcomed us was also very friendly and always rushed to come help us with something if we needed and we could stay in contact with him whenever we needed him. There is a parking right on top as well so if you don't find any parking on the street because it is very tight and also for safety reasons (our car got brushed on a corner) you can park it on the car park and it's very close. Only thing I would say which isn't event about the property itself is that the best beaches are on the other side of the town, however if you go outside of the town there are great beaches there so that doesn't really matter. Would also highly recommend the restaurant at the beach right next to it, it's beautiful and really great service and food!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, modern furniture well equipped and parking. The location is close to the beach 2 minutes on foot. The nearest beach is large with free zone, beach bars and very beautiful view of the mount Athos. I highly recommend it.

    Sarti is a lively tourist destination, but it can feel crowded and noisy, especially for families with young children. There are plenty of attractions for kids, such as toy stands, small rides, and rental cars designed for children, which can be fun but also create constant distractions. However, the lack of pedestrian zones and proper sidewalks makes walking around less safe and comfortable.

    Sarti is a beautiful and relaxing destination, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The beach is long and inviting, with clear waters, and the town has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. There’s a nice mix of small shops, cafes, and places to eat, making it easy to enjoy your time without feeling rushed. The surroundings are picturesque, and everything feels calm and laid-back. A lovely place to unwind and enjoy the simple pleasures of a seaside holiday.

    Restaurant called Taverna Pirofani. You must try it!

    Restaurant called Taverna Pirofani. You must try it! Go a bit before 7:00 PM and you’ll likely get a table without a reservation. Another great spot is Restaurant Argiris — the food was excellent. If you're craving a good gyros, Ovelix Gyros is a great choice. As for beaches, be sure to visit these three — swimming with fish is such a magical experience: Paralia Klimataria Agridia Beach (Sunbeds + umbrella for 2 people only 5 EUR — definitely try the grilled octopus!) Kalamitsi Beach You can also bring your own towel and umbrella if you prefer a free, no-cost beach experience.

    Best beaches on Sitonia are on the east side around Sarti. Picturesque bays with sand, rocks and trees, overlooking Mount Athos. Offroad vehicle recommended for full experience. Boat trips are a thing to do. Also camping.

    The town itself is a wonderful place with old part and new. The beach is sandy and long with lots of beach bars and free spaces for tourists to enjoy the beach. There are plenty of restaurants with varieties of food to choose from. I recommend to try the seafood. It is delicious and fresh. Their famous Greek salad, saganaki, the zucchini chips and basically all the dishes are a treat to the taste buds. The pancake shops and the pastry shops offers delicious sweets. Great choices of ice creams as well. Basically the food will not disappoint at the slightest. The town center offers lots of shops for souvenirs and clothes. For the kids there are lots and lots of toys on display to buy. The amusement arcades are filled with children laughter. There are several beaches with crystal clear water one can enjoy, if one wants to explore the surroundings of Sarti, such as Protokali beach (wonderful beach but overcrowded during high season) , Armenistis Beach and Platanitsi Beach (bear in mind these are camps and entrance is being paid), Vourvourou (a must see) , Paradise Kavourotripes Beach, Kalamitsi beach... These are the surrounding beaches which can be reached by car within 10-20 min. Hope I spark some interest in to visisting this lovely place. Travel safe and enjoy life!

    We recently stayed in this newly opened apartments hotel. Suites are nice, modern and very clean, with comfy beds, nice staff and owner. Supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries etc. are all within walking distance. The beach is 300 meters away (a 3 minute walk). This beach is sandy, but more like a coarse sand. If you desire finer sand, just keep walking on the shore a little more to the south. We had a very pleasant stay.

    This is a small perfect room for 2 people who want to enjoy the greatest summer holiday in Halkidiki. Location excelent, easy access to the beach, tavernas, supermarket. The owner is very communicative and eager to help, she provided us all the stuff that we needed. Very clean, the towels and the bed sheets are changed every 2-3 days. Great valute for money! Thank you for receiving us, Maria!

    I believe it's the best hotel we had during all our trips to Greece. - Very nice quiet place, lot of place for kids to play, pool, barbeque with enough place for more than 1 company. - Staff is very friendly and responsive. - Free Parking with sun protection. - Few minutes of walk to beach.
