Ypsos was chosen by a group of post A-Level students who wanted a holiday to relax and unwind with some fun, but not in the overcrowded cliched resorts. Ypsos was a perfect mix of fun and relaxation. It is very easy to get around Corfu, We stayed in Ypsos, and rented scooters to go around the Island to different beaches. There's a bus that goes to Corfu town every hour. Loads of authentic Greek restaurants. High light was the boat trip to Paxos, Anti-Paxos and the blue caves. We loved Agios Georgios, and Roda, the trip through the mountains was amazing, the views are indescribable, a must see. Lots of restaurants and bars. If you expect really good Greek food, you may have a problem. If you want to have a real drink, I recommend only one place - "ISALOS". Fantastic service and tasty drinks. To my surprise, there are some restaurants that seem to be "exclusive", but the dishes served are not that great. When you are looking for typically Greek and hearty food, I honestly haven't come across anything like it. I suspect that some real Greek tavern where meals are served with heart is located high in the mountains. In Ipsos you will find places typically prepared for tourists. Great small place, like one of many at the island. Ypsos has all you need from fast food, bars, local restaurant, shops, car rentals etc. I would definitely suggest to rent a motorbike/quad/car to explore other cities/beaches on the island as well.Guest review byJeroen (Yaron)Netherlands

They even booked a transport to airport when we were leaving with better price, because taxis on Corfu are really expensive, They gave us tips for trips and good restaurants. Apartment was clean, fresh and cozy with working AC. Kitchen equipment is sufficient for cooking, but you have to buy your own spices, oil and so on. Bathroom was clean and fragrant. A superb studio located at the entrance to Ipsos resort very close (right across the road) to a bus stop connecting to Corfu Town. On the ground floor there was an excellent bar where the guys were making the best cocktails accompanied by music and vibe to match. The room looks exactly as in the pictures, the balcony offers a superb view to the sea. The room was always cleaned when we left (sometimes even at 2-3pm).
