Costa RicaThe place is beautiful, calm and nice. The beds are comfortable and the amenities good. The staff is very kind and helpful. We needed to connect my grandma's insulin cooler to a power source, but there was no electricity in the hotel. The receptionist helped me by turning on a power generator, and provided an extension to our room so we could plug in the cooler.
