We stayed at the corner suite overlooking Victoria Harbour, and it's AMAZING. The breakfast in the Executive Lounge was very nice too. It's quiet and offers a relatively smaller (compared to The Lounge) but for me more than sufficient range of options. Staff is extremely polite and proactive.

The people and their attitude towards the customer was probably the most positive aspect of staying in Hong Kong. The idea that the customer is always right and deserves respect for choosing a specific product or service is something I was not used to, but should expect wherever I go from now on. Their pure desire to be helpful towards any person, no matter how misguided and deluded he may be is sheer wonderful bliss and has won me over as their fan.
Хотелът е много чист и уютен.Има добро местоположение -3-4 мин до метро спирка Sai Ying Pun. WI-FI е супер. Персоналът е много любезен.Хотелът е за непушачи, но има прекрасна тераса където се пуши.Там има и безплатни кафе, чай, вода и безалкохолни напитки.Бих предпочела този хотел ако отново отида в Хонк Конг.
Хотелът е чист и уютен, много добре поддържан. Разположен на пешеходно разстояние от много забележителности, музеи и приятни паркове и на две крачки от метростанцията. Има основни битови уреди, както и приспособления, които може да сте забравили да си вземете, като например адаптер за контакт.
Бях настанен на 21-вия етаж от хотела и гледката беше зашеметяваща! Не спирах да и се радвам през целия ми престой!
I like that it is near a metro. and near 7eleven, and behind us was garden we can walk throw. the hotel was giving me free internet mobile i can take it with me. and easy access to every where. the water heater is great and stuff was very friendly
Loved the location of the hotel, and the free shuttle bus to TST. Rooftop pool was great so be sure to take your morning swim when it opens, kind of magical to be alone up there at the 22 floor.
