FAQs about hotels in Hong Kong

Style Amidst the Skyscrapers

One of the world’s busiest and most populated cities, Hong Kong is best-known for its stunning skyline with over 1,200 skyscrapers and its “East meets West” cultural mix. With architecture and interior design influenced by feng shui and modern technology, this city is truly unique.

Hong Kong offers plenty of interesting city and thematic tours, ranging from cuisine-oriented, to architecture or nature. The latter is particularly fascinating as Hong Kong has many amazing mountain landscapes, marine parks and the Tian Tan Buddha on Lantau Island is only a ferry ride away.

Kowloon is a busy urban center near Victoria Harbor, where ferries are an excellent choice to see just how tall Hong Kong's buildings actually are. Excellent tax-free shopping can be found in high-class malls, boutiques and street markets.

Hong Kongs’ unique cultural fusion is clearly seen, tasted and heard in the local food, like dim sum from Maxim's Palace or hot pot from street vendors complimented local Cantopop music in the background.

Arriving at Hong Kong International Airport you’re only a short trip from the city center. Whether you’re staying in a chic hotel or a budget hostel, Booking.com has the perfect accommodation for a holiday in Hong Kong.

I don’t understand people who write that Hong Kong can be seen in two or three days. This is the third time I’ve come here for a week - and there are still places that I didn’t have time to visit :) Here, on a small piece of land, everything that can interest a person is collected, for every taste - unusual architecture, bars and shops, mountains and hiking trails, sea and beaches, historical buildings from the times of colonialism, small villages, islands, boats, trams, rooftops. I will never get tired of this city. It is imbued with the spirit of freedom. And at the same time remains very friendly to all tourists and all budgets. I'm really in love with Hong Kong and it seems to me that he loves me back :)

Hongkong as a international modern city has very attractive Multiculturalism and magnifient city landscape. As a gourmet enthusiast, you will love this city , since you can find any kind cooking you want, which you knew or not. But the only one defect that stop you staying in hongkong is price, any thing in hongkong is expensive at least 1 time than China other place. If you don't care of price , you could enjoy this city very well.

Hong Kong is a dynamic, bustling and safe city with some of the best food in the world on offer. Dim Sum, noodles, afternoon milk tea cafes and coffee shops are not to be missed. Efficient public and moderately priced transportation is the envy of the world. Views from the Peak are gobsmacking. Double decker busses along narrow mountain roads are always thrilling. Hong Kong PR China is always 10/10 on our list.

Hong Kong is still getting back on its feet after misguided pandemic policies devastated its travel and tourism industries. There is a distinct lack of western visitors and the economy is not what it was. The city has lost some of its fizz but is still worth visiting.

The hotel is located at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, walking distance to all transport facilities as well as malls and tourist spots (ie Kowloon Park, K11 Muses, The One etc)... Convenience rated Excellent. Room wise is average for HK standard for that price. Housekeeping is above average. Bed quality is average but one thing I like of my room is brightly lit from daylight. Some folks many not like it but suited me well. Overall "above average"experience.

Well, I have always been curious about this hotel b/c in Hong Kong, it is famous for F & B. I am sure (in normal times) the F & B makes much more than the rooms. So I got the Sky Tower (the 5 star floors) and the room was amazing with REAL tropical wood and REAL natural marble and a HOT bathtub. It was hard to say anything negative. I anlm really stretching to say that I did not really like the way the breakfast buffet was set up.

Surrounding environment is very nice! A large garden area in front of the hotel, make me feel very relax, the gym is very nice. Very convenient for food & shopping for necessities. A big supermarket & restaurants in just a few minutes, the light rail in front of the hotel, easy to get around Tuen Mum areas & it takes 3 light rail stops to access the west Kowloon train to go to the city, but not bad still👍👍

If there is one reason to like this hotel, than it is the splendid view on Victoria Harbour and further towards Central district, overlooking also Kowloon. Also, the room is rather spacious compared to many other hotels in Hong Kong. Furthermore, location is very near to the MTR. Top floor bar has also spectacular views and friendly and efficient staff that really cares about their customers

We had a very comfortable stay at the Eco Tree hotel, our room was very clean, quiet and good value for Hong Kong. It’s worth noting that the hotel is closer to Fortress Hill MTR rather than Causeway Bay but the food options nearby were excellent and there was much more of a welcome local feel to the area. Daily water supply was much appreciated as well as the AC!

The location of the hotel is really convenient, it's just about 250m from the A1 entrance of North Point MTR station and there are a lot of good restaurants nearby. The room, although not big by any Western standards, is fairly spacious considering the reality of Hong Kong. Also, the view of Kowloon and Victoria Harbour is definitely a plus.

Very convenient location from/to the airport and city excursions. Starbucks and an Italian restaurant on the ground floor as well as the in-hotel restaurant came in handy as options for my young kid who is not familiar with Hong Kong/Southeast Asian cuisines.
