The location and accomodation were good, but a few times a day the room started to stink of cigarette smoke coming through the vents. We complained and all they did was get house keeping to spray the room! I think this is a common occurrence.

Excellent walkable location, small but clean and modern room, extremely good sound-proofing (the only noise we ever heard was from guests in the hallway, never the traffic outside or tv/speakers), great environmentally-friendly amenities, thorough cleaning service that always happened while we were out of the room, convenient and hassle-free portable WiFi, free luggage-holding service after we checked out, kind attentive staff, and room for three travelers to each have their own bed!

Our whole stay at the hotel was really good. Room was comfortable. Clean. Staff very helpful. I liked that there was a laundry room complete with ironing board and iron. That helped. Though I find the fee a little much.

Hong Kong offers plenty of interesting city and thematic tours, ranging from cuisine-oriented, to architecture or nature. The latter is particularly fascinating as Hong Kong has many amazing mountain landscapes, marine parks and the Tian Tan Buddha on Lantau Island is only a ferry ride away.

The MTR system is amazing and very affordable.
The MTR system is amazing and very affordable. We decided to take a trip to the North end one day, south end on the next day until we finish touching all 4 directions within days. It doesn’t take long to come to either border! On the way there is always great shopping places to pass by or even ending up hiking to witness beautiful sea, beaches and mountain. Coming back to the city? Almost any bus can take us back to a station that can bring us back to the Hotel easily. Just incredible!

The history and natural beauty of the place seem to peak through despite all the skyscrapers and construction.
No one tells you how greeen the place is! All those stunningly verdant hills by the sea. For such a thickly populated city, Hong Kong has managed to retain a lot of its green hills. One can only imagine how spectaular it must have been, to all those sialors coming into the port a hundred years ago.
Of coures the place is worth visiting just for the incredible food alone.

Upon entering elevator a woman came and wanted to use our card for her to reach 11th floor, we declined. She was stopped with us at 8th floor.
For senior do not give a lot of walking to reach the room 8075 was so far from the elevator, and it is 4am in the morning we are so tired looking for a taxi a long line it took us more an hour to ride😂🤣😂 . I've booked and paid for a room with a good view outside, but was not given to us😂🤣😂
Good location, easy to access using Citybus or Metro to nearby hotel / jordan MRT station and then a short walk. Near fabulous Nathan Road shops and then to harbour side. Within easy walk to Star Ferry terminal for cheap ride to Hong Kong Island and walk to Old Peak Road and up to Victoria Peak for those with the energy. Many places to eat, both in the old part of town one one side of the hotel and towards the East and South in modern shopping malls.
Largely younger clientele with independent get-up-and-go.
The location is pretty cool, you have access to many things and activities close to the hotel, and is not too far from Kowloon which is a good thing.
Plus, it’s really close to Hong Kong garden which I highly recommend because it’s really pretty.
The room was really clean, people came in to clean everyday and I wasn’t disappointed.
They are super helpful too. Loved it and would come again to stay a few days in Hong Kong
It's located at a very good place
Someone said it's not, but it has two ferry stations that can connect to North Point and Central . This can save time and give another experience to us.
It is also near to Whampoa that has some convenient facilities such as a big supermarket and so on.
I will stay at this hotel when I come to Hong Kong again.
Ah, the room is also big, and breakfast is also not bad.
The breakfast was a little lacking for me. However since it was included in my price I don't really mind it too much. The location is also a little weaker because it's long traveling back into downtown Hong Kong but that's to be expected. It's also weird that the hotel is right around the food and store areas but stuck in the middle of like an industrial area with the restaurants across the river.
