Incredible location and private porch was delightful and unexpected. Beautifully decorated with fresh flowers. Not there long enough to take full advantage of the kitchen/living room. Being in Hum overnight was magical.

Very peaceful location in countryside just off the motorway (but you wouldn't know it!) Although we only stayed one night, staff welcomed us to the farm. One for animal-lovers: donkeys, pigs, chickens, dogs and cats, and at night, a chorus of frogs. Accommodation was comfortable and food was hearty and generous.

    You can see all of Hum in half a day, but it was so wonderful to stay overnight after the tourists had left. Don’t miss the museum, it was one of the most creative ones we saw in Croatia. Simply beautiful place.

    Hum is a great spot to base yourself to explore the Istrian peninsula, give yourself time. Hum is a fascinating little town - two streets, two churches, one with 13 century frescos. Humska konoba is a great spot to eat, delicious food, hearty servings and a wonderful view.

    I hope Hum can be as authentic as it is now.

    I hope Hum can be as authentic as it is now. There is only 1 restaurant, with people in it, who are so passionate about the food they can bring. It is not what we Belgians are used to eat, but it is the old Istrian cuisine. Here we got what we were looking for! it was just amazing simplicity! LOVE IT
