This cute place between the corn fields and apple trees was the highlight of our Balkan travel. The host was so nice and personable and they made delicious home made breakfast and dinner for us. It felt like we were visiting our parents home! Area was peaceful and worth the trip. Make sure to bring cash for the food:)!

Locarion was "out in the wild" in a pozitive way.. right nexr to the Sava river in an area filled with storks. The rooms are very rustic looking on the outside but nicely transformed on the inside to include modern needs: AC, wc,hot water, etc. There was a restaurant there and we had dinner even if we arrived quite late in the evening and breakfast was GREAT! A little bit off the main road but with signs along the road so fairly easy to find. It was in a neighborhood of beautiful large farmhouses, from new to abandoned wood houses and near a nature park. THe house itself was out of a fairytale, new and rustic with handmade details and artwork. A few animals on the premises and a vegetable garden near the house.THe host was very nice and drove us to the nature park so we could walk back before dinner. Our room was quiet with a comfortable bed. Dinner in the attached restaurant, which was a la carte, was delicious, with salad from the garden and homemade pastry for dessert. Breakfast (included) was enormous. We just needed a place to stay enroute to our destination and were very pleasantly surprised.

Nice place to have a rest - it was just a stop along the journey from Bulgaria to Italy and for this purpose was absolutely perfect. We couldn't see much of the hotel as we were dead tired after 8 hours of driving (and 4 more at the customs) and left right after the breakfast. The breakfast was nice.
