Located right on the water, the property was clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely. The hostess was helpful and friendly. Very easy check in. We ate a local restaurant (Konoba Ardura) that was the highlight of our stay in Pirovac. We spent hours laughing and enjoying a fabulous dinner with the owner of the restaurant (cousin to our hostess). The warm family feel of the town left us with fond memories of this special place.

Great location in a quiet residential area, walking distance to the city center, beach, and marina, but away enough to have good sleep at night. The host is very friendly and helping: all my questions were resolved in minutes. The place is nice and tidy, has everything you'd expect.

We really enjoyed our stay with Linda and her family. From our arrival until the minute we left they took great care of us - and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We had fantastic breakfast every morning (even when we crawled out of our beds at noon) and also got to enjoy fresh fish from the grill (there are several lunch options you can book - and I highly recommend doing it). Overall it’s great value for the money (with a slightly higher and more modern standard than other local accommodations, including AC and window shutters and a pool) and it’s close to local beaches, restaurants and “the garden” venue (by car - either Uber or your rental). Another cute addition is Zuma - their playful and kind farm dog, local produce like eggplant, zucchini and figs from their garden, as well as fresh eggs, goat cheese and jam!

Great Location: Close to the beach, convenience store, and just a 10-minute walk to the old town and restaurants. Perfect for exploring without being in the thick of tourist crowds. Charming Decor: Decorated with paintings from the owner’s husband, adding a personal and warm touch. Greenery and Garden: The garden was lush and peaceful, offering a nice escape. Everything! This was a last minute booking for me and my relatives/family. The property was great. Location was awesome. Plenty of parking, and in the shade too!!! Very clean property and comfortable bedding. The house has airconditioning and all amenities that you could possibly look for. Ivan, our host was very helpful and easy to reach. As a matter of fact, he reached out to me within minutes of me booking my stay, to confirm the stay and tell me some more details about the property. I’m definitely staying here again. Book it, you won’t be disappointed.

    The beach and sea were absolutely beautiful 😍

    The beach and sea were absolutely beautiful 😍 There were only two members of staff who were polite and pleasant. The restaurant male and a young male on the bar . The reception staff had absolutely no idea what they were doing . We had a night porter who said upon check in ‘ no point asking me anything as I don’t know where anything is .. I just sit here and read’ Wow 😮 Electric’s blew the first night . Nearly electrocuted my husband , they looked for the fuse box in the bathroom ?? Couldn’t fix until day after so supplied us with extension leads .. to which they asked my husband to stand on a chair and plug it above the tv attached to the ceiling because they couldn’t reach .. but they said it would be ok because we could rest our phones on a chair !!! Ridiculous air conditioning hanging out the wall along with other fixtures Bathroom tiles cracked Plug sockets loose No service to the room in the whole seven days we stayed there . We complained every day and I also spoke to the manager on the phone on day 4 regarding all the the issues and he assured me the room would be cleaned the next day … guess what , it wasn’t We continued to complain to reception.. because that’s where we wanted to spend our holiday instead of in the sun …. And everytime we did .. they all acted very dumb .. I don’t know what you are talking about … so serious memory loss is obviously a must when applying for the job role . They promised us a 25% refund to which we are still waiting for and quite frankly I belief it should be a lot more … utterly ridiculous and very rude people

    Konoba Vesela is amazing local restaurant, the Ice cream in Arura Konoba is absolutely amazing and would be shame not to mentioned the local bakery on same street as Vesela restaurant and " Sladicarnica". The center is small but the beach is nice, also for those who likes Yachts, this is the right destination for it.

    Nice little place on the coast.

    Nice little place on the coast. The beach is very big for such a small village which is definitely a plus. The prices at the restaurants and cafes are pretty cheap for a Croatian coast. Kudos to the tourist community that organizes a nice and interesting program for tourists all summer long.

    Pirovac is a great place.

    Pirovac is a great place. Quite small but very peaceful with a good family friendly vibe. The local wine and the beaches are great. I've been numerous times but word of warning the public transport is in my experience unreliable. Avoid local taxis they are a rip off. Uber much better but not necessarily available.

    I stayed in Pirivac for a festival at the Garden Resort.

    I stayed in Pirivac for a festival at the Garden Resort. I chose Pirovac for the price which was cheaper than Tisno. Pirovac is nice, nothing too spectacular, but OK as a base. In town I can recommend Konoba Ardura to eat in.

    We've had the most amazing time at Andrea's place in Pirovac. The apartment may not be the most modern, but it was spotless clean and very comfortable to stay at. The location literally right by the beach is unbeatable. Andrea is a great host who stays on the premises herself and is very thoughtful and helpful. We have enjoyed our stay and would love to come back next year again.

    Beautifully renovated building in the centre of town, very close to the beach. Both apartments are comfortable, air conditioned. Sometimes there are concerts and theatre performances, but they end early, so it's not disturbing. The hosts are nice and help with everything (parking etc.). I recommend to everyone, we will definitely return.

    Best value for money you can get. Apartment is big enough to host 3-4 people. Its close to the city centre and the beach. Would definetely recommand Spider Aparts if you are looking for price/performance apartments on croatian coast.
