We really appreciated clean rooms, kind, polite and professional staff, beautiful pool area, amazing view from the dining area, large variety of food and crystal clear sea surrounded by tall trees. To be honest, most of the negative feedback by visitors is due to lack of their basic reading skills. :) The hotel rooms don't have air conditioning, TVs and hair dryers. However it is clearly stated. You actually don't need air conditioning (we visited the hotel from 1st to 10th August with a 18-month baby girl and we never needed air conditioning). The forest that surrounds the hotel does what it should do. :) You also don't need TVs and wifi in the rooms. Trust me, it is better than way. If you desperately need any of the above-mentioned, you may simply go to the lobby. Every evening, there was music program and show for the kids with mascot (Pepi) and singing and dancing. We loved our stay and we will surely miss everything.

Location was just perfect, quiet, surrounded by forest, clean, most pleasant walk from hotel to old town. A lot of parking, it cost 1 euro per day and that is just fine. Very nice staff which are willing to help with anything. Hotel is really nice and clean, food was excellent also. One of the best expiriances.

The staff was excellent, very polite and professional. I arrived just after dinner hours had ended but they offered to make me a cold plate if I desired which was very nice. The location is great, they also have their own private beach lounge area. My room had a balcony with sliding doors which I loved. Breakfast was 10/10! Omelette station, fresh pastries, attentive wait staff, I could go on. I love this hotel.

We had a wonderful time at Rubin, everything was great. The room was clean and big enough. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast and lunch buffet offered many tasty options (also vegetarian) and the staff was very nice. We'll definitely come again.

We booked the top floor suite with private jacuzzi. It was super!! Fantastic design and materials used! Beautiful view, great suite, very clean, spacious. The jacuzzi terrace is amazing!! The location of the hotel is great. Breakfast has wide variety. Cleaning lady extremely nice and cheerful! Bathroom has towel dryer and a place in the shower for toiletries (finally someone thought of that! :))

It's easy to walk round Porec - though it's a bit of a maze, so if you see something you like in a shop buy it there and then, or you might not find the shop again! We went on an evening boat trip with the company Monvi Tours - this was excellent - very friendly staff, and we even saw dolphins! We'd also recommend the Barolin Wine and Cheese Bar on Nikola Tesla street - for delicious Malvazija wine and a good range of fabulous Istrian cheeses. And excellent Istrian olive oil.

City Poreč is so beautifull city, and so diversable. You can have sporty vacation for all the beautiful with bike lanes between Green ian Blue Lagoon, so many walking paths under pine trees, numberous activities. You can be at the beach with lots of activities and loud music, or you can quickly find a quiet privat peace of beach, it really offers you what your heart desires. For the best local food experiance, I suggest Bacchus Vinoteka, in the old part of town.
