The location: the last row of houses, not far from the coast and from a cozy little beach, but still close enough to the village center. Parking on the spot. The apartment: it is spacy and clean and had everything, that we needed. It was nicely designed - modern and practical, including the kitchen (dishwasher included). 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets are not standard for this apartment size - nice! Air condition in every room is also a plus. Regarding the size - perfect for a family of 3-4. The terrace: the view never gets old - the beautiful bay and the majestic Velebit mountains are simply gorgeous. The terrace has a roof and shadow for most of the day. Also large enough for dining etc. The hosts: best ever. They let you enjoy your vacation without any intrusion, but are available, when you need them. They have a very tasty red wine from their own vineyard - recommended! :-)

    Ražanac is a small sleepy town with a very rocky beaches. Please wear shoes. Really hot place during summer. Downtown is not completely renovated, there are trashy places just in the center which needs to be fixes as soon as possible. But in general, it's nice place with good potential. There are only a few restaurants, and prices are a bit too high as for me. Maybe I'm wrong. Basically, the only entertainment during a day is a sea, and during night some beer bar

    The flora and fauna in the sea was amazing, it's a paradise if you enjoy snorkeling. We even saw squids and crabs. In the town we saw a turtle and a rabbit. Ražanac is a quiet little town that offers some very nice fish restaurants. There are a lot of things to see and do nearby (e.g. island of Pag, Nin, Privlaka and Zadar). On the beach you can find many trees if you want to sit in the shade. It was not very crowded.

    Very nice nad spacious accomodation, helpfull hosts. Quiet , discreet enviroment,full of greenery, beach with sun loungers right next to the accomodation. Wifi and possibility to grill. In the surroundings possibility of various excursions, fishing, shopping in city Pag, healing mud in Nin, safari tour in Starigrad, excavations.church on the hill opposite, partly sandy unofficial beach in the village Razanac, turtles in the wild etc ..

    Beach house Neno - perfect location just above souvenirs shop - middle of Razanac. Apartment with all facilities needed for stay - dishwasher, washing machine, all facilities in the kitchen, air-conditioner. Great place for stay with a family and a small kids. Unbelievable close to the beach of Razanac was a huge plus. I highly recommend.

    The apartment is spacious, comfortable, modern and perfectly well equipped; we loved sitting on the balcony as well. The host is welcoming and super kind. Everything is conveniently close (Razanac itself is not very big anyway), especially the supermarket, but the beach is not further than 10 mins either.

    Location was perfect, only 5 minutes to the beach. We very much liked that the whole place was only ours. Daniel very kindly greeted us at the airport and gave us s ride from Zadar to Razanac. Everything was great about our stay and we really loved the cute and silent Razanac.
