Excellent location -- quiet area within a few minute walk from the city center and the bus station. There are a few stores and a market nearby. Apartment itself is super cozy and clean, has everything needed for a short stay. Internet works fine, parking spot is at the front door. Cannot bring out any disadvantages. Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed in the property with 4 adults between 2-4 Aug, 2024 and had an amazing time. The host was very welcoming, we even got a bottle of wine. The apartment is amazing, a living room with an open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in between and a huge balcony with access to a separate room with a view for the jacuzzi that we used every day. The swimming pool outside was also great and the beach was just a block away reachable within 1 minute walk. Actually the whole coast in the area is an open beach. You can swim pretty much everywhere. There are some good restaurants within a 10 minute walk, and a lot more possibilities if you walk a bit more. Trogir is approx. 10 minutes away by car.

This hotel was a piece of Heaven! It was very quiet in a neighborhood about 40 minutes drive from the city of Split. The small hotel (about 8-10 rooms) had stunning views, very high tech rooms/bathroom, impeccably clean and well maintained. I travel internationally for work about 170-180 days/year and stay at 4 - 5 star hotels. This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. Branca, the hostess, greeted me with keys and thoroughly explained the hotel, room, and location. I only ate breakfast but heard the dinner shouldn't be missed at their restaurant. I will definitely stay here next time I am around Split. If you want a relaxing place away from the city, I recommend Sky Beach. I also highly recommend having a car to zip around the towns.
