We took the bus from Split, arrived at our accommodation in the evening and stayed for two nights. We really enjoyed our stay in this village, the air was so clean, the scenery was perfect, people there were amazingly kind and friendly. And there are two small supermarkets and some restaurants and the bus station. So we didn't feel inconvenience. Plitvice Lake was super beautiful and we were so glad to spend two days there.
Here, I'll write three things we thought we could have known before our trip.
1. There is one bus station in the town and you can take a bus to Plitvice Lake, Zadar, Zagreb, Split, Dubrovnik and so on. But everyone is not sure about the bus schedule, so it might be a bit tricky. We waited for the bus and took one at 10:50 from Seliste Dreznicko, but our host told us there is one arriving at 9:30 am. But buses might come early and late. so you'd better come early and wait.
2. There is no ATM in the village, so make sure you withdraw enough money for your dinner in the village at the Lake entrance1 or 2.
3. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, you should not take a night bus from Plitvice Lake and Seliste Dreznicko to split or some other places because there is no big bus station (just small bus stop without lights).
Hope this gonna be helpful for those who enjoy their trip to Plitvice Lake :)
