The hotel is in the heart of the old city. The location could not be better. Room was very comfortable and spacious. All was very clean. Nice breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Parking is outside the old city, just 5 minutes on foot. There are spaces on the street reserved for the hotel and you use them with an app called Parklio activated by the hotel. All in all, highly recommended.

Just a great hotel. All the amenities are great particularly for westerners traveling and experiencing Croatia. Gym was good, breakfast is great. Hotels nice and quiet and in a great location.

Wonderful location in the middle of the historic old town, large and beautiful room, excellent breakfast. We had a great stay at Heritage Hotel San Lucia while in Split for the marathon. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for the race -- easy walk to the start/finish, and they opened breakfast early for us runners.

Good location and easy walk to old town. There was secure parking. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. All staff were exceptional in every way. Rooftop bar and pool was wonderful.

Everything! Pre-communications through booking, a proper arrangement for someone pick us up from the bus station. A most welcomed reception with all the details introduced to us, where to visit, how to go to the location we planned to have the island tour, everything! Breakfast boxes were arranged if we missed the breakfast period. Beach towels prepared since they know we were going snorkeling the following day. Helped to book a taxi with driver help picking up the luggage... It had been for sure the best experience so far in my experience of Europe hotels! Local is also super!

Mostly, the staff members, Ante and Anna made the stay especially enjoyable. They were hospitable, engaging, friendly, informative, and respectful. The breakfast was tasty. The rooms were beautiful. And the location in the heart of the palace was inspirational.

We love everything here! The apartment is very spacious and beautiful on perfect location. Our host Toma and his colleague are very kind, they helped us with the luggages and gave good suggestions of the good restaurants in the city.

Vladimir was waiting for us and greeted us by name o the evening we arrived. He along with the other staff were so welcoming and friendly and full of fun and laughs. Our room was perfect for us for our three day stay. Breakfast in the morning was made to order. We loved being able to wander around the town for a little while and return to the room for a rest. The location is excellent just inside one of the gates to the palace. Our room was very comfortable and had all we needed. There was no kettle for hot water but that was easily solved by asking a member of staff for a jug of hot water.

The location was excellent, the room was beautiful and breakfast was very nice. The staff was very nice, Luka was especially endearing and helpful with restaurant suggestions and the best place for an gelato and helped us with our heavy luggage, we really appreciated that. Since the hotel is in the pedestrian only section, the hotel has dedicated parking in a parking garage which worked out very smoothly.

Absolutely a gem of a hotel. Unique, hidden among the walls of Diocletians Palace. A small, beautiful, ultra modern hotel which works in this location. Wonderful staff, professional and charming. Rooms are lovely.
