If you are traveling by car on the Istrian Peninsula, this wonderful property is the perfect place to base out of. We did for 4 nights and drove to all the top sites in Istria, plus it is 6 minutes away from the best site of all - Rovinj. It is an amazing arrangement of 5 brand new and spacious apartments and one normal hotel-like room. Simona and her husband live on the property (their home) and are on site to run the place and provide all the advice and help you need. She also prepares a great breakfast for the guests. Parking is fantastic. You park very close to your apartment in a private and gated parking lot that is on their property. Simona will provide you the remote control for entry. We rearranged our entire driving tour of Croatia after talking to her because she and her husband and daughter know every inch of the Istrian Peninsula and the Island of Cres. Clean, new, comfortable and very spacious apartments with a great bed. Bonus - there is a fantastic Balkan grill restaurant right across the street that has a big wood-burning grill and they prepare every kind of meat and fish on that grill. We ate there every night after touring the area. This is ten times better than staying in any hotel unless you just have to have a pool.
