This was a quiet and lovely home suitable for smaller groups of friends or families. It has everything you need for a relaxing time, and the patio with the stone grill and a table was the highlight of our evening. Probably the best out of all were the hosts, that were so helpful, informative and sweet!

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous! Loved the color combo and the look of it. Everything was very clean and brand new. There is a small terrace for 2. All of the basic cutlery was available, as a toaster, kettle, pans, dishes, etc... We also had some beverages and snacks given in the apartment. Aurora - the person who welcomed us, showed us around and gave us excellent restaurant options and what to do around Žminj and Istra. Free parking is provided in front the apartment as well. A lovely little place to stay if you wish to explore Žminj and all of Istra. Was a wonderful stay!¨

Lovely cottage attached to main residence. Daniel was informative and helpful on arrival and his sister answered questions online and made sure we could check-in smoothly. Daniel's wife helped us with laundry. Great people! Room was old town charm and perfect out in the countryside. Fresh eggs for breakfast!

I recently stayed at Guest House Maxi and truly loved every moment of it. The hospitality and friendliness of the owner family, Marija and Danijel, were exceptional—they took very good care of me throughout my stay. The room was extra clean, equipped with a fridge, and the A/C worked perfectly. The rooms are very quiet, so you don't hear other guests, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The view was amazing, with stunning sights of the sea and lush greenery. I will definitely come back. Thanks to Marija and her son Danijel for their first-class hospitality!

    The village is charming like stepping back in time.

    The village is charming like stepping back in time. Our stay at Foscari was truly exceptional in every way. A fabulous restaurant a 5 minute walk away Sanvincent53 - we attended twice as the food and wine selection was exceptional. The interior & exterior design were modern yet we felt at home with the thoughtfully created ambiance. Driving in surrounding areas was easy and people friendly wherever we went.

    Charming place at baetiful old town Svetvinčenat. Actually, this is a medieval palace renovated to make you feel back in the old days when town was at its full glory. Room was extremly clean and nice with the touch of medieval. Breakfast was another pleasent surprise; all food served was from local producers and delicious. Every detail is well taken care of and host Dado was extremly nice and helpfull with tips to get around and where to go and what to see.

    Everything was perfect, from location to property and hosts. Very nice authentic hotel arranged with special attention to small details. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Great breakfast with local tasty produce. You could not wish for better hosts than Guido and Nikolina. Both friendly, welcoming and professional.

    This place is a fantastic retreat for a weekend and for a longer stay. What we liked the most was great hosts and fantastic facilities in the hotel and in the rooms. Everything is thought through for the maximum comfort of the guests. Highly recommend to stay there and explore Istria all around.

    The location was perfect. Andrea met us and was really friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful and peaceful. The outdoor barbecue and dining area was great and the hot tub a bonus. The kitchen is really well equipped. We loved the house and Svetvincenat and hope to come back.
