Excellent service, everyone made us feel welcome, very friendly staff, always with a smile. The breakfast presentation is really special. From the à la carte choices, the salmon croissant is exceptional. Beds are amazing, I slept so well! Next time I am in Zagreb, I will definitly stay at art'otel again.

Everything was amazing the food the atmosphere the and my room was perfect even the bed was really comfortable, all the staff were very friendly except the person who was responsible of the breakfast reception! He didn’t welcome us at all and was a little bit rude! Otherwise the girls on the reception were very kind and helpful

The restaurant and pool are wonderful. It's now one of my favorite hotels. I stayed for one night and paid for the shuttle service to the airport.

I have stayed twice at this place. It was an amazing stay. The manager communicated professionally with me and facilitates all requests. The studio was very clean, and I enjoyed the pool almost every night. I had a spot for my car as well when I arrived there. Everything was excellent.
