I liked the personnel at the front desk. the gentleman tried their best to make our staying enjoyable. Besides that, even water bottles were for purchase at the facility. There were no AC during the day ; something that they forgot to mention upon booking or when we just arrived at the facility.

The NH Haiti El Rancho is in a great location in the heart of Pétion-Ville, a residential suburb in Port-au-Prince. This town holds most of the city’s points of interest. Staff are very professional and friendly. They know what they are doing. Haitians putting their best for the vision of the hotel. The Quality of the food, the professionalism, the respect, the customer service abd so one were top notch.. They job is well done and maintained by youngsters.. security guards are excellent. I even contributed to the cleaning.. because I considered the place as Home.
