The area around the beach is more like a holiday resort but the streets around are fascinating. The higher you go the more you can see of the surrounding area. The number of bathrooms (2.5) is also a big plus. In this case we were 4 adults and enjoyed very much the accomodation, as well as the terrace and the quiet neighbourhood. There is a convenient walking-by supermarket (maximum 10 minutes by foot). Balatonalmadi is at a 20 minute walk. Veszprem is at 20 minutes by car. Hosts are amazing, super kind and helpful, they arranged a bike for me and stored by luggage while I cycled around the lake. The breakfast is excellent.
