The staffs were really nice, they clearly understood that they worked in a hospitality industry and it showed. I couldn’t clock anything negative about the staffs. When i got there early, they offered me early check in without extra fee and offered me discount for the breakfast. The location of the hotel was superb, at the heart of Ambon.

We stayed for over a month to have a break from our yacht. Our family hired two deluxe rooms. We anchored out the front and kept our dinghy safe right in front of the restaurant. This is a great place to stay. Our rooms had a balcony and ocean view. The staff are amazing and will do absolutely anything to help. They are really lovely people. The restaurant is great. Nice food, big servings, beer, some western dishes like crisp fries and steak, the price is good and it's a perfect place to hang out right next to the ocean. This is a budget place so don't expect The Intercontinental but it's incredible value for money which is important to us. Normally we could never dream of our whole family staying in a hotel for weeks like this. Our rooms had good air conditioning, a fridge, the staff gave us a kettle, big comfy beds, and our own bathroom of course. I would highly recommend this place to sailors who want to get off their boat or have a good meal, and anyone who would like a nice, peaceful and comfortable place with a good view next to the ocean. It's not far to the town and certainly a much more peaceful area.

Sparkling clean room, a guest kitchen, free water, coffee and tea. The best though are the hosts, Gabby and Sonny who helped me out in many different ways that went far beyond what I could reasonably expect.

    For a small city of just 350,000, it has the chaos and...

    For a small city of just 350,000, it has the chaos and traffic levels of a much larger city. People drive crazy and fast, making the numerous one way streets into race tracks. Watch yourself when crossing streets. Parts of the city are tree lined and pleasant, with comparisons to parts of Colombo. However like Colombo, parts of the city are treeless, hot and congested, also like Manila and Jakarta. We spent a day touring the far side of the Island, which was nice.

    Natsepa was a stop-over between our 2 week scuba-diving trip on a liveaboard and our flight to Java. It is basically the only relatively well equiped hotel in Ambon with a decent pool and restaurant on-site. The hotel rooms are spacious with a decent size balcony. Relative to the other accommodations on Ambon, it might deserve the 8.0 rating it currently has on Booking, however, it does not even come close to that rating when compared to all other accommodations on booking outside of Ambon.

    Gabby, the owner is a very friendly women. The service is excellent. The guesthouse is in the centre of kota Ambon and there are many shops in the neighbourhood. But for sleeping it is perfect, away from the busy streets. There are scooters for rent and even cold beers available. We stayed in 3 different places/hotels in Ambon but Wisma Grace is the best by far !

    The hotel is located right in the centre of Ambon. The room was squeaky clean, with a/c, TV, private bathroom, liquid soap and hot water. Drinking water was available and a simple breakfast is included. Compared to other Indonesian hotels this looked like heaven on earth to me, and it's quite cheap too.
