The staff members are exceptionally welcoming and attentive, consistently exceeding expectations to ensure a memorable stay.
A standout feature is the flexible breakfast service, available until the kitchen closes at 8:00 pm, catering perfectly to those battling jet lag. The diverse array of breakfast options is impressive, and the quality of the food is truly exceptional.
During our stay, we indulged in the spa services, treating ourselves to a rejuvenating scrub and massage. The experience was nothing short of extraordinary, leaving us feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Our visit to this hotel marked the beginning of our Bali adventure, and we were so captivated by the serene ambiance that we found it hard to venture beyond the hotel premises. It truly is a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. When we had some initial issues with our room, the staff went above and beyond in fixing them and making us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel itself is amazing and perfectly located in Ubud, the restaurant has great breakfast and dinning (we always had breakfast and dinner there as the food was so good), but the very best thing about the hotel is the kind and extremely competent staff (special mention to Adi and Gusti who are just incredible people). Loved the easy communication through whatsapp.

Exceptional service, most welcoming and attentive staff. The room was beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff gives you undivided attention, we always came back from breakfast to find the room cleaned and tided up in no time. They also assisted us in booking classes at very reasonable prices. Breakfast was always prepared to our liking and served fresh. True pampering. The location is also very convenient, few minutes away from shops and cafes. Best stay so far in Bali and will most definitely be coming back.
