+ the pillows, sheets, towels, are clean and fine
+ AC is cool
+ the area is close to the government center, ferry terminal, alfamart, and yongkee restaurant
+ it has bluebird taxis stand by
+ love the restaurant for breakfast at 11 floor, the view is amazing. Food is okay.

The lobby is also very nice, with a spiral staircase if you are the kind of person who likes to take photo
It was a stay-in vacation for me so i really do appeciate the new, big smart TV
Its also a quiet area except its just my luck there was a marathon event running on the morning when i stayed there but the hotel made effort by sending notice to the guest, telling us upfront there will be a marathon happening tomorrow morning so its all expected, the communication was done nicely

A pretty nice place if you are looking for a short vacation
there have nice massage places which is pretty affordable.
There lots of local food options and places to visit & also quite a few places with western food as well which are pretty nice to explore.
Cafes has been poping quite a bit in batam which are also a nice place to visit if you are looking for a good cup of coffee.
other than that they have very good seafood with very affordable price which are nice and tasty

Obviously because of the currency differences, taxi and meals were extremely better. but because of the cost of the ferry ride to and from Batam, it all comes to the same. Unless you're staying for 3 nights or more it wouldn't be worth it. Then again, there's really nothing much to see or do in Batam. Shopping isn't all that great.

Central ferry location connected to megamall one stop shop mall. Hotels nearby eg Harris and several airbnbs. within megamall, Spa, clothes, hypermart, activities for kids eg timezone, cinema. Matahari, great food options.

Location was superb, just next to ferry terminal and walking distance to Mega Mall. Both 2 rooms boast views of the sea. Rooms were small but enough for us, a family of 4.Transportation arrangement is readily available through the apartment reception.You can also just grab a taxi at the doorsteps of Harris hotel and ferry terminal. Checking in was a breeze too. Clean towels, toothbrush, toiletries all provided. Pool opens as early as 6am. You can get coffee and cakes at the cafe at ground floor.

Our room was king size, hence it was very spacious and beautiful. We had booked two rooms and there was a door that connected the two rooms which was really good. Our stay included buffet breakfast, which had a massive variety of dishes. The staff were really nice and helpful. They performed a dance every morning during breakfast, which was really sweet. The hotel is centrally located. There are a few malls around. The ferry terminal is next to the hotel.

the location is near to ferry terminal and walking distance to Mega Mall and One Batam Mall. next to the hotel is lotte grosir. not so much variety for breakfast but they have one stall stall dedicated to Indomie where you can ask them to cook for you. the hotel is a big building and the room is big with a bathtub. a lot of tv channels for you to browse.

Venue was kept clean & very accessible actually it's walkable distance from the ferry terminal but not advisable if you have many items to carry or young kids/elderly since need to jaywalk. Staffs were extremely polite & kind filled with smiles! Breakfast at hotel was amazing as well! Grab around the area was really cheap and easy.
