The room is clean, the view from the room is just amazing. The location is strategic, just next to Balaikota, near to Museum Angkut, Jatim Park 1 and 2. But the most special about this hotel is its hospitality. Pak Bayu and family are so sincere and wholeheartedly serving the guests. I couldn't thanks enough for their help. Will return to this hotel whenever I visit Batu again.

Location, good food, friendly and helpful staff. One room was a bit not fresh, food ordered not available as stated on the menu. The floor on the hallway needed to be mopped becsuse there were foot prints everywhere.

    Cold weather would be nice for you living in dry. Not too busy but enough to see the people in Batu City. Everything we needed was fully accomplished as we travel for a month in Java. Totally worth to visit.

    Spacious room with comfy beds. The room is equipped with air purifier. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We requested for a slice of cake for my daughter’s birthday and they came as a group to sing birthday song to her. Lovely! It is also very near to Batu Secret Zoo. We can see part of the Drive Through Zoo from the hotel premises, which was a really nice surprise! I will definitely return here if I go to Batu again.

    The beds were very comfortable, and the accommodation is in a quiet and safe area of Batu within a gated community. The hot water in the shower had good pressure. Filtered water was available for free for the guests. There is also a fridge for guests to use. The management team are within the complex, close by, and are always willing to help, like changing towels or providing more drinking water.
