the room was super nice and comfy. the panoramic is superb. but when I was about to check in, the previous guest didn't check out on time and it make my check in delayed about 2 hours. the staff should be more fierced when it came to this matter. they did compensate me with prolonged check out time, but it still uncomfortable for me. hope the staff could be more professional next time.

I stayed at Harper, Nemuru, Harris but the Prime hotel is the one I like the most. Large area, alot of trees, fresh air, big swimming pool, room is clean and comfortable. Not crowded, peacefull.
