All Yello hotel staff whom met during our stay were very friendly and pleasant. very impressed with the service, from front desk to housekeeping, especially the staff and security who were on duty at entrance on Saturday afternoon. As it was raining , they offered a ride to Sederhana restaurant within Harbourbay area. Unfortunately, we did not get the name of the staff and security. Thank you for the exceptional services! We will definately be back. ;)

This is my second time stay in Woda in the last 2 months. Simply enjoyed it. Went to Batam only to stay there. Lovely Staffs, Amazing food and overall extra ordinary!!
