After looking for a nice hotel for a good price to start our honeymoon excursion we landed on the four points Sheraton. After booking I put a small note that it was our honeymoon and almost jokingly asked for a room high up ( who doesn’t love a city view) they responded promptly and said if possible they would do what they can. From the second we stepped in the service was awesome. When checking in the front desk agent said I see you guys are here for your honeymoon, which I thought was cool because who actually reads the hotel requests. After getting our keys I noticed they put us on the second to the top floor! We walked into what was immaculate room- my wife went right over to the window to look at the city and almost missed that they set us up with a beautiful dessert with happy honeymoon written on it! What a wonderful way to start our trip! Went down to the bar for some killer cocktails and had a great dinner too. We were only staying there one night as a quick stop before staring out trip- but I woulda stayed there for a week!

The property has a decent facility. The hot jacuzzi and clean pool really made my stay with my daughter memorable. And i would like personally Thanks all the staff but also i would do an honorable mention to Nyoman and Mega for their wonderful hospitality and very attentive attitude. Prettymuch brandnew so all the facilities are in great order. Rooms nice and big. Bed extremely comfortable. We booked our Bromo and Waterfall through reception for a little cheaper than online and everything was as expected. We also availed of their airport collection service which was all on point. Breakfast buffer in the morning was nice. We ate from the restaurant on the rooftop deck, nice food. Someone complained that there was no sun loungers by the pool. This is true but then the area on the roof is quite small, its understandable why they dont. Its really close to all the shopping malls and grabs are easily obtained. All in all, it was a really great hotel for an amazing price and they deserve a good review for making our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel had a gym and a restaurant which was a bonus. The location was good a short grab ride away from the train station and 20 minute walk to a mall and plenty of cafes. I would recommend and stay again.
