It was luxurious but reasonable price, there were two pools (we were in the smaller complex) and you had freedom to go to either it was great, the staff were so so friendly (especially Andy) and just the vibe was great, perfect location too. (Lombok.go.tours (Roy)) lives nearby and is the perfect tour guide and driver

Everything was great at Reset ! The place is very nice, clean, relaxing, peaceful and well decorated. The team is very nice too ! Very good and fresh breakfast ! Free gym access to a great gym studio with very qualitative and modern equipment. We really recommend this place !

The location was great for walking to shops and restaurants. Any nighttime noise mentioned in other reviews was not noticed at all. I found the staff to be very kind and accommodating, they were always willing to help when I had a last minute change of plans.

This was one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in in 7 months of travel (also maybe one of the more expensive) The bed was so comfortable and the decor was very well thought out. Nice toiletries and hot shower with good pressure. The personal pool was lovely, although, in July at least, the angle of the sun is such that there isn’t an opportunity for sunbathing, but the shade is nice. There are some ants, but don’t seem to be the biting type. The host, Remy, was very responsive and so nice.

    I loved how condensed the town was, everything was a short distance from each other. There were lots of nice cafes for breakfast as well as restaurants for lunch and dinner. We spent some days in Ekas which is very close to reach by boat, which gave us a nice balance between busy and calm.

    A dusty beach town undergoing rapid development that has absolutely nothing to do with the local culture or architectural style. The beaches in the area are long, wild, surf-pounded beaches, as opposed to gentle, inviting beaches. Most were covered in litter and on some the sea was a soup of plastic. If you're into surfing and working out (and then strutting around showing off your abs and tattoos) and drinking matcha lattes, you might love it here. I found it pretentious, unfriendly and as a non-surfer, there was nothing much to do

    Kuta Lombok is a dream.

    Kuta Lombok is a dream. Way more relaxed than Bali, and way more beautiful. The beaches are unreal and the water is insanely clear. Great surf, chill vibes, and the locals are super friendly. There’s a nice mix of local food and cool little cafes, and it’s still not overcrowded. Loved every minute. Can’t wait to go back.

    Pretty isolated.

    Pretty isolated. At least the are of Novotel hotel with Mandalika beach No places to eat nearby. If you don't drive, then you can only eat on the hotel territory. Also, the adjacent places are quite dirty: there is a lot of plastic, bottles and other trash on the beach and places not related to Novotel hotel

    Stunning beaches and nature.

    Stunning beaches and nature. A white sandy beach on the hillside! No traffic, yet it offers complete amenities. A magnificent experience! It's less than an hour's flight from Bali or a 1.5-hour boat ride from Bali! Highly recommend!

    The streets were quite dirty, many waiters did not understand food orders. Meals took too long to be brought on the table, too dangerous - many motorbikes run into each other and people. Good things - active till late, varied cousine.

    If you are looking for a tranquil place to stay near Kuta Lombok, then Origin Lombok is the place to be! The villas are amazing, very spacious and comfortable while the pool area is very nice to lounge in. Best part of Origin is the staff! Ronny, Mehdi, Di, Jun and the rest of team were very attentive to the guest, making sure everyone had what they need without guests having to ask! The staff is also very personable, remembering you by name and greeting you as such every day. A perfect place to stay in South Lombok, sad that we had to leave!

    The whole place is beautiful. Such a great location, close to everything and close enough to the surf spots but out of the hussle and bussle. We got a free upgrade to the villa and it is so beautiful we even took photos for inspiration at home. The staff are so friendly and the best is the comfiest we have had all trip. The food and beverage menu is a really good cheap price and delicious. Super fast service. The WhatsApp communication method is also really handy for anything you need. Will be staying again :)

    Great modern boutique hotel right in the centre of Kuta Lombok. Stylish rooms, very comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool, and I appreciate the ease of scooter rentals, which were a great value. Easy walk to a ton of restaurants, and close to Kuta's beach too (though a quick scooter ride will get you to a bunch of even nicer ones, south Lombok is amazing!).
