Only the buffet breakfast is above average, other than that nothing much to shout for. They should provide buggie to transport the guest as the accommodation provided and also when in low tide, it is quite smelly if you want to have a drink and chill in Island bar

Nice sea view.
Nice sea view. Efficient and polite housekeepers. However, cleanliness and maintenance of facilities is poor. There were stains and hole on the bed covers, bed has insect wings. Toilet sink was leaking. Not value for money for such poor maintenance and cleanliness.

Over priced, unless valued. The hotel chalet was furnished as a no star room and price at the 5 star rate. The toilet was never scraped for a Long time and the pot and pans look like it was savaged from garage sale. I would advise all customers to avoid this hotel.

It really depends on what you are looking for, the area is remote, to travel to the malls would be at least 30 minutes. But if you just want a quiet place to R&R, then this might just be the right place. The beach is dirty by the way.

Short 30 min ferry ride from Tanah Merah Ferry terminal and it is quite manageable for anyone who does not enjoy speed boat ride. Nongsa is a quiet area of Batam which houses expensive resorts like Turi and Montigo resorts, Batam View is really affordable at this location.

Overall service from staffs from different department gave a top notch service too! Additionally, we LOVE the breakfast spread with soo much choices to choose from. This was our second stay. Our first was for our honeymoon and this second trip was for our baby moon! We look forward to return back to the wonderful resort with our baby, soon!

From $189 per nightLots of space for large family. Brought back good memories of time spent in Nongsa Village when I was younger. Love the pool, it has changed slightly and a small slide was added. The beach area has changed as well, use to be grass to sand and sea directly. Now its replaced by concrete path to split the areas. Waves are huge, swimming definitely not recommended. Low tide is beautiful, walked out on the sand for quite a distance.

My stay at the hotel was amazing and it's just because of Suzan :-) Suzan is Indonesian manager who is having true spirit of hospitality. she's very friendly and helpful. She did her Best to make myself feel at home 🏡 She paid for my indomart shopping as well , thanks again for that.
