Everything. This is an amazing property of 5 star quality. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Everything is spotless. Lia is a great host who really takes pride in her property and it shows. The views for both sunrise and sunset are just perfect overlooking the city and the sea. The dinner menu is quite extensive with both Asian and western options and all were delicious. The security and safety of the grounds are top notch. Our private villa was perfect in every way. We have stayed at many places in Bali and the outdoor bath was the nicest I’ve seen. If I were to build the perfect dream home, this would be it!

Honestly the best place to stay, beautiful modern and new apartments, only 5 apartments on site so it's nice and quiet. The staff are some of the nicest people we have met, they really do go out of their way to help you and do anything they can for you. Perfect place to stay 11 out of 10

The room we took was newly renovated. Quite stylish. Breakfast was really good. Beds are comfy , staff is friendly. Really nice garden around. We also booked a boat through the hotel service , enjoying pick up from the hotel and a new boat with a cool captain

Beautiful and lush surroundings. I walked out of my room to a private and relaxing lounging area with cushioned seating. If I walked across the grassy lawn a few steps I’d reach the loungers under the blooming frangipani trees poolside. The breakfast area was in the garden as well. The morning meal of coffee, fruit, toast and eggs to order didn’t disappoint. There were staff members available for your every need 24/7.

Amazing place, amazing staff, amazing stay. The bungalow was great, everything was clean, the food was good and the staff was so amazing. They made a maximum effort and went out of their way for anything we asked for. When my girlfriend had her birthday I asked if they could provide a cake and flowers. They got us a great cake and an amazing bouquet and they didn't even let us pay for it. A big ❤️ and 🙏 to them. They also organized a good motorbike for reasonable money and other activities for us.

We had some travel issues due to our flight being cancelled, so this meant we arrived at the hotel in the early hours (4am) but we were so pleasently surprised to find someone to receive us and our rooms ready. Our trip was quite special given the fact that we were getting married at a nearby waterfall, but this hotel was the perfect place to return and celebrate with our little ones and relax. The staff were exceptional and so were management, you can really tell they enjoy their work and get on well with management. Bali is a place thats been exploited alot by foreigners, so this hotel is perfect for the travel concious as it's owned by a Balanese couple. I traveled here with my two kids (5 & 9) and they really didnt want to leave this hotel, it felt so homely and safe. Thank you team and hope to visit again soon The Bartlett family!

We were so well taken care of at every turn. Never have I experienced this level of service. The grounds are stunning as are the rooms. The views from the private pool were amazing. The breakfast was next level! My favorite stay to date. One of the best in my lifetime!
