The place was absolutely beyond expectations. It is super clean and comfortable located right near the shops, food and laundry. The host can help renting a scooter and wifi is great. They let me wait until the night bus came and were super polite. Highly recommend!

We had an exceptional stay at Sulawesi Castle and the host truly made the experience unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was perfect, and we enjoyed our stay more than any other. The host was incredibly authentic and warm, and we appreciated the time spent with her—especially the lovely day out and market visit. The view from our room is something I’ll never forget; it was truly breathtaking. We also went on a few tours, and while we didn’t quite connect with the tour guide, we learned a lot about Toraja unique culture,we were grateful that the host upgraded our room, which we appreciated a lot. The area is a must-visit, and although the car we traveled in could use some work, the driver was fantastic. I highly recommend reaching out to the host for any information about the area—she’s extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. It’s clear that she loves sharing her local insights, and you can feel the care she puts into making each guest’s experience special. We felt at home. Thank you
