Easy to get to the rooms. We didn't have time to take the breakfast because of our early flight. So the staff substituted the bfast with cup noodles instead. Very kind of them. Night market is just a short walk down the road.

Breakfast was the best. Best service by Ms Elsa. Very clean & well maintained room. Thanks Elsa. Shana’s, Mila & Tyas were very friendly, helpful, happy, wonderful staff. I will definitely be back. Manager Samsul was very nice person. Alex helped me to bringing down my luggage, nice of him. Ms Elsa, Ms Mila, Shanaz & Tyas helped me to order Grab for me. They know, this was my first time, they were checking on me on WhatsApp that how I am , where. Make sure I am safe. Tyas surprised me when she sent a WhatsApp message for safety. Tyas is a sweetheart, I really appreciated for asking that I am safe. God bless her heats.

Very nice hotel with great amenities and very nice facilities. My flight was cancelled after I arrived to the airport and they sent their driver back to pick me up and allowed me to check back in easily, which was a life saver. They made a horrible scenario completely okay again.

    The hotel is located at the airport, next to the departure hall. It came as a really nice surprise because it often happens that hotels which have "airport" in their names are in reality located quite far from it. In spite of its location the hotel is quiet and we slept very well. The receptionsts were trully helpful. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast which was so much better than the breakfast offered by the Ibis Budget Airport Hotel in Jakarta.

    It’s located outside the domestic terminal (T1) of Juanda Airport. The location is good and there are food places/pharmacy/convenience stores just outside the hotel. The room has everything you need - a small toilet, shower, basin, mirror, table and a queen size bed. There are also room service for 24hrs and laundry service at additional costs.

    The reception staff there is very helpful, overall are much better than I expected, I think if it changes the name of hotel to hostel than it can get better marks in general. So please don't worry if you usually stay in hostel.

    Provide with free shuttle bus to transfer from hotel to Juanda T2 terminal, the location is very near also.
