10/10. Everything perfect, you can feel the work the owner, Midi, putted on his property. Its a beautiful garden full of birds, butterflies, kitties and fruits. There are also resting areas spreaded around you can just relax, read or do exercise even. Breakfast is delicious. We tasted everything on the menu, all incredible and very affordable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. On Friday nights Midi calls his friends for a jam session, which is very fun. The room itself is spacious, clean and very comfortable. AC worked perfectly. The outdoor bathroom is excellent but there is no hot water (not that you would need it). You can really tell everything was handmade by the owner and that he putted a lot of thought and heart into building this place, to every detail. I can not recommend enought staying here, you might need a scooter to travel around since the area/ beaches are not that nice but still, worth it.

Our stay at Tugu was outstanding. The hotel has a very charming look and combines luxury with tradition super well. The service / staff could read your wishes without asking :D, they have been super helpful with all our wishes and they exceeded any expectations we had. The food was amazing, best food we had in Lombok - especially the traditional curries. The breakfast menu is better than buffet. The pools are super nice, and the bigger pool is great for swimming. The beach is large and there is enough room and space for everyone, you feel like you are alone. The hotel has a great reef for snorkeling, better than most diving sites, if you like corals and fishes. We booked some activities and they were all great, we had a nice driver who went the extra mile for our requests (Adri). The Spa is also highly recommended, the massages were amazing, so good that we almost went every day :D. Overall I can highly recommend this hotel, best hotel stay of my life so far and I have been in many places.

Probably the best resort we've ever stayed on. All the staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful. Always willing to make that extra effort. The food was consistently good, and there were plenty of free activities too.

Everything! The homestay is just so so so beautiful and lovely with all the plants, kitties and one dog :). Plus the platform for sunset over the rice fields and then a platform for yoga, like a dream home come true. Not to mention Dewi and Fernando are the best host ever, great hospitality, and will always super responsive with the help or information I need! The place and the people are really the best <3.

The best service on the island! :D Accommodation has great location next to the wildlife park. Doni checked us in and was great, helped us with luggage and gave us some tips. The room was spacious, bathroom clean. Omelette for breakfast was yummy. All in all we recommend and definetely would come back :)

The Villa Nova is paradise!! Every detail of the property is well taken care of and while there are staff there to always help with whatever you need, you feel like you have your own slice of the beach to yourself. The chef is top notch- they even prepared fish we caught with amazing techniques. The beach is super clean and right out your back door. The water is great for snorkeling and the property even provides SUP boards free of charge. I wish there was more places like this in the world, but there is not. The Villa is a true gem and the staff can’t be beat. I will definitely book again next time I’m in Lombok!!

    Fantastic staff who knew all our names the first day.

    Fantastic staff who knew all our names the first day. Customer service one would expect at a 5 star resort was exceeded. Many activities can be booked through the hotel but the highlight was swimming with the turtles on Gili island. Very quiet resort but still very enjoyable with children.

    The hotel was amazing, both my wife and I absolutely loved it. We had a sea-view room which was spacious, clean and well equipped with high quality finish. The food was amazing, staff extremely friendly and helpful, snorkeling around was an absolute treat and our trip to Gili islands and a day trip around the island were both brilliant.

    We booked this hotel because it was close to Bangsal port. The owner drove us to the nearest beach, which had a bar with a great sunset. The room is very modern, entirely made of wood. We only stayed one night, but it was a very comfortable stay.
