On the edge of Dublin’s centre, this hotel features fitness facilities and rooms with free WiFi. It offers an AA Rosette restaurant, and University College Dublin is just 10 minutes’ drive away. Hotel was clean, good beds, rooms were amazing.

Boasting spacious rooms with en suite bathrooms, Clayton Hotel, Ballsbridge is a beautifully restored 19th-century Masonic orphan’s school with landscaped gardens. We only spent 2 nights at this hotel and didn't plan on using the facilities (eg. the restaurant). On Saturday evening one of us ended up getting some side fries for dinner as Dublin appears not to be a very allergy-friendly city (when it comes down to eating dairy-free) so we were happy about that. The hotel was pretty easy to travel to by bus. The price-quality ratio was over exceeding, we paid about €42,- per night per person and the hotel really exceeded our expectations. The bath was lovely.
