There is so much to love about this gorgeous place. Geraldine and her family went above and beyond to make our stay so special. The room was absolutely magnificent and the Kitchen/dining area was beautiful. We were served a most delicious farm to table breakfast. We cannot recommend this home away from home more. Fabulous stay!! A beautiful property. Our room was huge, it was so lovely to be able to rest, spread out and open our bags easily. We loved having a bath and enjoyed the space and decor of the room. The resort itself is away from the town, costing us about 15 Euros in a taxi to get into town and then another 15 Euros to come back. We decided after that to stay in the hotel and use the facilities there. We were very surprised with the prices of beer and wine in the hotel, which were pretty similar to the pubs. We enjoyed a few evenings in the bar and ate the soup and chicken wings - which were great. Breakfast was amazing too! The staff were so lovely, Paula in the bar, Jacqueline and Emily in the restaurant, as well as Tommy and Natalia. Everyone was so very friendly and we had a lot of fun while we were there. We had just finished a 3 week drive around Ireland and Northern Ireland, and were looking for somewhere to fill in 3 nights before heading back to Dublin. Very good value for money - with lovely walking opportunities as well as the chance for a steam, spa and swim in the resort.

Comfortable, modern suite. I had to miss breakfast since I had an early show time at the airport. The well cared for and happy cat was endlessly eager to get attention. He was clearly at home and purred at us continuously. We had to turn him out of the room or he would have stayed with us the whole evening.
