United StatesStaying on a barge is romantic in and by itself. The boat is spacious and the double bed so cozy that I slept better than I do at home. The location on the Grand Canal in Sallins is central, close to an extensive hiking and biking trail along the water way. Ger and Molly were a delight. They keep the barge super clean. Heating is provided. I felt very comfortable there.
Breakfast was not included.
