We were really looking forward to visiting the Dingle Peninsula and staying at this famous hotel that hosted the likes of Robert Mitchum and Rick Steves. Upon arrival, we were greeted by two beautiful Irish wolfhounds. We may have stayed in the same room as one of them. The service was outstanding and the breakfast was simple, but offered Irish butter and cheeses made by those happy cows. The room was elegant and large. We had a bayview room which we really enjoyed. The bar is wonderful too, especially since your reservation comes with a free drink. The rooms throughout Milltown House are gorgeously furnished. The afternoon we arrived, the kitchen staff was cooking for the arrival of a tour group. It smelled amazing even though it was not for us. Sure, you are not in the heart of Dingle, but on the outskirts. However, for a short stay, it is worth it. It was only a fifteen minute walk into town.

CanadaThank you for an incredible stay - the hotel is beautiful, the staff lovely, and the included breakfast was fantastic. Location and accessibility of parking was wonderful. We enjoyed time at the bar, cocktails are costly but not out of step with most of what we found throughout Ireland during our visit - they were well-made, of good quality, and bar staff were very welcoming. We were celebrating our honeymoon and very much appreciated the kind touch of a celebratory and complimentary dessert and hand-written note in our room upon arrival. We loved Ireland, Dingle most of all, and will be back - if it is within any traveller's budget, Benner's Hotel would come highly recommended from my wife and I.

SingaporeI like a lot of things in this b&b. The room is very clean. A few mirrors in the room to accommodate several people dressing up at the same time. A selection of hot delicious breakfast made to order and a small buffet bar of pastry and juices. I had a booking changes and they were very helpful with making the change with booking.com. During the stay, all the staff were very friendly and kind. Convenient parking at the back of the b&b and the location is great. I also managed to have a good sleep during my stay and would stay here again.

Visiting Dingle offseason (early December) has its advantages.
Some places were closed though most are open by the weekend.
The weather is cool and often wet but that did not limit our visit.
It is a great town with many choices for lunch and dinner and
the live music is available someplace nightly. The people are
very friendly and the beauty of the place is truly enchanting.
Once you have identified the one-way streets and found
good parking, driving around Dingle is not difficult. The
drive around the Dinge peninsula is easy - and do take
the side roads to the shoreline and various attractions.

An amazing Irish town on the coast.
An amazing Irish town on the coast. Full of lovely people, amazing restaurants and pubs. Lots of little shops to wander around too. Hire a car and travel around the coast to other towns. A weekend will not be enough.

The Irish foodie and cultural gem that should not be missed...
The Irish foodie and cultural gem that should not be missed and deserves at least one overnight in this colourful port town. Watch out for the numerous festivals held here throughout the year, with some amazing ones held in the later part of the year when most places are very quiet, try the October Féile Bia (food festival), or in November book a few days for the Film Festival, Literary Festival or Other Voices (absolutely unique festival).
As for food, there's so much choice here, the recently opened 505 Restaurant stands out as exceptional in a town with some of the best eating (Half Door, Out of the Blue, Doyles, Fentons etc) and drinking venues (Currans, Dick Macs, Foxy Johns etc) in the whole of Ireland.

Dingle is a beautiful place.
Dingle is a beautiful place. There was much to see in the surrounding areas and it is close enough to enjoy a bit of sightseeing, yet far enough to enjoy a slower more relaxed atmosphere after a busy day. I would love to see the area in the spring.

Our stay at the Ocean View Inn was fabulous, our hosts Kathy and Sean could not have been nicer or more helpful. We loved the town and our cruise around the Bay with The Dingle Bay Boat Tours and our guide, Brandon with his accordion. We loved going down to the Bothar Pub within walking distance of Ocean View. And most of all the warmth of the Irish people who live in that beautiful country!

Music scene is awesome!
Music scene is awesome! Also enjoyed driving the Dingle Peninsula. Dingle is a very nice town to wander around and see the sights. Courtney's Bakery and the Dingle Tavern were two of our favorites.

The hotel room was small, but clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly upon check-in. Appreciated the large bottle of water provided in our room, plus the coffee maker. The location was good...close to the centre of town, so an easy walk everywhere. Dingle was very quaint and colourful, with lively pubs. Inch Beach was spectacular, as was the entire Dingle Peninsula coastal drive!

Absolutely love The Cloisters. In a wonderful location - right in the middle of Dingle town. The room was perfect - nicely decorated and clean. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was better than many I have had in a hotel. Handy little shared kitchen downstairs also.

Amazing views over Dingle. Large and comfortable room. Easy to get to location with easy parking and access to town. Large bathroom with nice finishes. Very nice place to stay. Met all of our needs while we were there and some.

Stayed for one night and found the hotel to be in an excellent location close to everything in the town, staff were brilliant and breakfast was outstanding. Will definitly be going back there to stay again
