United StatesYou are going to enjoy this little gem of a hotel. The continental breakfast included fresh and yummy pastries. The americano coffee was delicious. The staff are so warm and friendly. They bend over backwards to make sure you have everything you need. The decor of the rooms was gorgeous. You could not ask for a better location. Parking was in a lot next door costing only a few euros a day. You can walk to everything in town, pubs and shopping. The bay is one block away. Take a day trip along the Copper Coast. You won’t regret it.

This was so much better than staying 20 min up the road in Waterford.
Lovely little village with a harbour and beautiful driving around this area.
We came through Kilkenny, Waterford and the tiny picturesque old village of Inistioge. Inistioge was a gem, beautiful little coffee and photo stop on the way.
Dungarvan had loads of good restaurants and cute pubs, however, in March things were shutting for a meal early, around 7.30pm.
Go out early for dinner, or you will end up with takeaway. There are a few of these options.
Good provision shopping here also with an Aldi and shopping centre.

Plenty of restaurants, bars, shops. In driving distance of many fabulous beaches and the Waterford Greenway. We went to Youghal and Waterford city, both steeped in history. Everret's restaurant in Waterford and the Indian Ocean in Dungarvan were top restaurants, highly recommend both.

Dungarvan is a family friendly place. The town is thriving and has a good variety of shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking. Best of all is the stunning scenery, walking trails, and beaches.

Dungarvan is a great town with nice people.
Dungarvan is a great town with nice people. There are newer built shopping facilities in the town that are not really that great compared to the feeling of the main square and its surrounding boutique type shops and bars. Took the train from Dublin Heuston station to Waterford direct (2 hrs 15 mins) and used local X55 coach from Waterford town Bus station (5 mins walk over the bridge) and onto Dungarvan (50 Mins), made the journey really easy.

Lovely quirky friendly town with a great harbour lovely restaurants bars and shops and accessible to many other places in the area. Also great if you do not have a car as it has a pretty good bus service to a number of places eg Lismore, Waterford city Cork etc.

Location is beautiful, the staff was so friendly and helpful (Stephanie & Mary especially helping us get our boarding passes printed) but all the staff from when we arrived very late due to delays at the airport to breakfast staff. bar staff just everyone we saw they made us very welcome. Our room was clean and we had the best night sleep, the bed and pillows were so comfy. Food was top quality and good value for money. I want to come back and have more time at Dungarvan.

Exceeded all out expectations after reading previous brilliant reviews .
Beautiful room / bathroom / breakfast lounge - felt very luxurious lovely attention to detail and art work .
Bed was best we had in 10 night travel Ireland - even compared to 5 star hotel .
Very warm welcome from Catherine - home pudding on arrival and just amazing breakfast again best we had in.

Apartment was lovely and spacious and very well located in a very central but quiet location. We had a lovely stay in dungarvan and many lovely walks in the surroundings with the dogs which was so great to be able to bring them. We also highly recommended trying out their fab dog friendly restaurant "cookhouse 360" and delicious "jitter bean" take out for lunch close by.

Unbeatable location near restaurants, pubs, shops and the Quay. Spotlessly clean and comfortable modern apartment. Cathal was a wonderful host and a mine of information about the best things to see, do and eat in Dungarvan.

Old-fashioned Hotel in town centre. Very friendly helpful staff- One( I think his name was Mick) even drove me to another venue when there were no taxis. Room was v comfortable and clean. Breakfast perfect .
