Costa Glebe, hotel in Dungloe

Offering mountain views, Costa Glebe is an accommodation set in Dungloe, 31 km from Mount Errigal and 31 km from Narin & Portnoo Golf Club.

Superb property, super clean-not even a spec of sand despite the great location just a stones throw from the beach. Kids loved the window seat. Everything was thought of,esp loved the pint of milk in the fridge for a much needed cuppa on arrival and the bath bombs were met with squeals of delight by the little people! Not far from the pub and the ice cream shop and 5mins into Dungloe. Quiet location for a nights sleep after a day on the beach. Gemma was only a phone call for ideas on where to eat. Enjoyed a lovely relaxed weekend family getaway and we will be back! 10/10

LOCH CONNELL LODGE, hotel in Dungloe

Located in Letterkenny in the Donegal County region, LOCH CONNELL LODGE provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking.

Finding a dog-friendly place is tricky, but Loch Connell Lodge was just what we needed. John is a wonderful host (putting a fire on while we were on the way, etc.). The room was large and incredibly comfortable, great kitchen at your disposal and a lovely sunroom to eat at overlooking the loch. It isn't far at all from the main road, but entirely peaceful. I definitely hope to be back the next time I'm in the area.

There are a few winter activities to engage in here, especially if, like our family, you are an outdoor enthusiast who relishes spending time near the water and enjoys all types of weather. We had our dinner in McCafferty's Bar & Restaurant (and it was good).

We were there from our home in Scotland to view a property on the coast. Even though the trip was very focused, we saw beautiful scenery and had a great dinner. Going home via ferry, we drove up the coastal road before cutting across to Larne, breath taking views!

Love Dungloe, We dined at the Waterfront Hotel, just five minutes drive from the cottage. The food was excellent, the only thing we noticed was that the hotel was very understaffed, but 100% of all the staff on duty worked way beyond what should be required of them under normal circumstances. Dungloe is a very easy town to navigate and is very well signposted from the approaching directions and the Town is very well sigh posted to enable uninterrupted navigation, The shore walk and the River walk are excellent. Plenty of exceptional pubs and entertainment.

Excellent location very close to nearby Lidel, Aldi & Supervalu shops as well as very easy reach into Dungloe. Liked that the house had both a shower unit and separate bath, overall the house was well spread out & sat on a nice plot of land with good outdoor space. Enjoyed the stove fire although the bags of turf left for us was mostly smaller sods & damp so did't burn great, lucky enough there was plenty of turf down the back of the site that I started using, nice n dry and a good size so problem solved.

Jack was very friendly and so kind and helpful. I had a great night sleep.I loved staying in the River House and Hostel, Dungloe, Co Donegal. Everything was spotless, bed was very clean and comfortable. The shower was fabulous. Breakfast was great. The only problem was my stay was to short but I will definitely be going back to this Bnb and Hostel. I will be definitely recommending this BNB to everyone I know.

Fantastic hotel located in a beautiful setting overlooking the water. The room was modern and spotless. Food was excellent too. What made it for me was the friendly staff. Everyone was welcoming and took time to have a chat to find out our interests during our stay and to make recommendations. Superb service. I wish I could stay again this weekend
