Costa RicaThe location is stunning, on a quiet side of the island and on a hill with wonderful views. With rented bikes we got around easily. The room was very comfortable, and the downstairs sitting area was cozy and good for meeting people and chatting. Breakfast was delicious and the hostess very kind and helpful.

The room was spotless and the view from my window overlooked a tidal beach. Breakfast was delicious and I also loved sitting at the outdoor picnic bench later in the day with a sandwich I picked up from Spar’s in town. Absolutely amazing views everywhere you look: stonewalls, cows and the ocean nearby. Near to amazing Dún Aonghasa(best views on the island) and The Wormhole(I saw 5 dolphins!). About 5km away from the center. Rent a bike from the docks(choose beachroad if youre not feeling sporty ;)), go there with minibus and I believe that you can go there by horse too.
