Tom was amazing! He gave us tons of recommendations on sites to see during our stay. He was such a great host and made the stay super comfortable. The rooms were extremely clean and had lovely decorations throughout the house. I would recommend this B&B to anyone travelling into the area, especially with having such a hospitable host like Tom.

location is perfect and the house is lovely. loved the view and garden. breakfast was great! We loved the bath products and room scents. The carpet is made of natural jute or sisal which keeps the house feeling fresh. No old building damp odors that are sometimes a problem in Ireland.

The host was remarkable. The hotel was best in all of Ireland. Home away from home. Especially liked the out of the way location away from the crazy tourist scene. Also liked the that the host greeted us in her cozy PJs because she was at an Irish wedding the night before we arrived and needed to sleep in. Gotta love the Irish! So fun. Why we travel.

    The location is perfectly situated in the picturesque streets of kinsale. The room while it was small was ideal for us to spend the night. Everything was spotless and the host was very efficient with the check in. The bed was super comfy as well

    Absolutely perfect two days. Excelent location in town center ( cheap parking nearby or if you're lucky, across the street ), friendly staff. Michelle is a star. Room was very clean and comfy. Best quality when compared to other places where we stayed in Ireland. Typical size for Irish B&B not built for big people, but in comparison with other B&B toilet and shower was a good size. Very good breakfast served in the cafe. All in all it was a very good experience and recommend for one night stay or longer.

    The location was ideal, a walk down a few steps to middle of Kinsale Village. The house itself was very clean, warm & brand new. very comfortable visit, I highly recommend. We have 4 kids & it was perfect. lots of living space & lovely comfortable outdoor area also, all light up at night with town lights. very beautiful location.
