Staff was very helpful and polite. Room was comfy with big TV, Nespresso machine. I would like to commend Trainee on reception Chalesh who helped me a lot and did his best to allow me to check in earlier since I came from a long trip and needed rest. Food in the restaurant was great and staff very pleasant and helpful. Shuttle service was flawless.
