Sharon and Donal were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful! My dog and I arrived to all sorts of nice goodies in the lodge and even some dog food. Their dog Winter is very friendly and a nice presence around the property. The property is easy to find and in a very nice location with a pub a minute away. Spotlessly clean :)

We were looking for a break away from the city, and this "home away from home" exceeded our expectations! So comfortable, welcoming and spotlessly clean! Really felt like staying with friends. Within 10 min we felt at home as everything was clearly marked and explained; the hosts are a lovely and attentive couple, who were happy to share their local knowledge and gave us amazing advise to make the most of our time considering the weather, our mood and appetites; the rooms were tastefully decorated and supplied with everything we could possibly need on a holiday. We wouldn't think twice about staying here again!
