United KingdomJulia at the reception made us feel very welcome and made the check in very easy, she explained everything well. There was a Polish lady working Saturday night around public areas who was very helpfull too, these two are a credit to the hotel!

IrelandEverything about the property and our stay there was fabulous. The fire was lighting when we arrived and it was so comfortable and welcoming. The house was spotless and very spacious. The kitchen and fridge was stocked with some items, which was a very thoughtful touch. We were reluctant to leave but we will definitely be back.

Wanted to eat in proper Irish pub with live music as we have done at several other locations. Loads of bars, none serving food. Plenty of takeaways but didn’t want to sit on a bench to eat. Stayed at end of holiday so wanted to take home some local produce, cheese, bread, cakes but just one supermarket selling same as UK. The town is not what we expected!
The town is not what we expected! There are so many pubs and restaurants who do both sit down and take away meals. Lots of live music coming from several pubs walking up and down the town. Very nice place! Only 50 minutes from the Red Cow so we were able to get the Luas into Dublin. Although we drove ourselves, we saw lots of taxis so I'd imagine it's very easy to get around.Guest review byNicoleIreland - 2.0

I reviewed Harry Potter Themed guest house, in the house room 4. The response I received was appalling to say the least. To say I should have booked the Hilton because I mentioned we had to collect our key from a table, with no one to give us bath towels that were not supplied in the bathroom and that the shower was dirty and not cleaned since last person used it and foul smell in the bathroom. Also no fire escape plan and dangerous exposed wires for the lighted cotton wool over the bed is childish and insulting. I am not posh in any way. Just expect a clean safe room.
