The hotel is in a great location, in the heart of Templemore town. The staff were exceptional and very friendly. The hotel had great food also. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower in the bathroom had great pressure and the water was nice and hot. I have no complaints, I would absolutely recommend.

From the minute we arrived to leaving everything was perfect. The hotel is amazing in every way and so many hotels could learn from the county arms.The grounds and garden are just idyllic We used the leisure and spa facilities and both are fabulous. The staff really make this place and huge credit to them.Nothing seems too much trouble. The food amazing the room perfect and just the lovely ambience speaks volumes.

Great stay very clean right in the center of town, friendly staff and complimentary tea and coffe and chilled water in the fridge. Air cin was good and the room was very comfortable, will stay again as I travel here for work.

Nice location off the main road in view of the Slieve Bloom mountains near Birr town. Welcomed by Carmel and offered fresh milk for the tea facilities in the room. Medium-sized room but good for the price. Warm and peaceful, very comfortable bed. Delicious healthy breakfast.

    I liked Roscrea and I did not find anything negative.

    I liked Roscrea and I did not find anything negative. Rackett Hall was an ideal location and great value to visit Birr Castle and heritage sights in surrounding towns. The food in Rackett hall was excellent and we did not find it necessary to eat elsewhere. There are several golf courses near at hand and Roscrea is a very welcoming club.

    Lovely little town.

    Lovely little town. Seemed very bustling in the business area, and St. Cronan's Catholic Church was beautiful! Also did some hiking at Orange Hill. Our only disappointment was the Roscrea Heritage Center, which was closed for renovation, and we had hoped to get help there with ancestor information. Despite being closed, the director and assistant were very friendly and helpful and gave us some great Roscrea history. Enjoyed our visit to Leap Castle, too.

    We had a really lovely stay, we received a free upgrade to a suite as it was our anniversary and it is such a lovely room. The afternoon tea was amazing and really good value for money. Dinner was also really nice and very reasonable. Overall the food was lovely, room and hotel was very clean but the nicest part of our stay was the staff, so attentive and really friendly, from the receptionist to the servers to the cleaners they were all so nice and a credit you the hotel. A hidden gem in Tipperary

    Fantastic breakfast. We enjoyed an amazing assortment of fresh fruit and cereals before a lovely cooked breakfast. We were delighted to happen across this excellent B&B as the local hotel had no availability. However, we would not hesitate in making this our first choice going forward if we were to stay in the area again. Hosts were really welcoming and went the extra mile for us. The weather was very cold but the room was lovely and warm and the bed really comfortable.

    Beautifully decorated cottage, generously equipped. Great location close to Roscrea. Homely and interesting, Lovely Woodburning stove. Also a wood pellet stove for central heating. Everything in the cottage - Bedlinen, furniture, crockery, equipment – is lovely
